DAKSAR ASSOCIATION SEMINAR (2019)

Our AKUT Foundation Seminar Unit volunteers gave an “Earthquake Awareness” seminar to 31 volunteers of the institution upon the request of the DAKSAR Marine Search and Rescue non-governmental organization.

DAKSAR volunteers have cleared many questions about the scenarios they may encounter, especially in the sea search and rescue works they will carry out immediately after an earthquake.

UTOPIA SCHOOLS SEMINAR (2019)

Our AKUT Foundation Seminar Unit volunteers presented the “Basic Disaster Awareness” seminar, which was prepared separately for primary and secondary education age groups, to students from Utopia Schools.

59 students and 6 teachers participated in this seminar held at AKUT Foundation Kartal campus.

KARTAL MUNICIPALITY SEMINAR (2019)

AKUT Foundation carries out a series of educational activities with Kartal Municipality within the scope of the joint working protocol signed with Kartal Municipality in 2018. In this context, our foundation gave disaster awareness seminars to the top managers of Kartal Municipality.

SISLI MUNICIPALITY SEMINAR (2020)

AKUT Foundation carries out various social responsibility activities with Sisli Municipality. One of these studies is a series of earthquake seminars we have conducted. Two separate “Earthquake Seminars” were given to 300 municipal personnel in two different sessions, within the scope of the seminar, which was repeated 4 times, at Sisli Municipality Nazım Hikmet Culture and Art House by our foundation volunteers.

DARUSSAFAKA SCHOOLS SEMINAR (2020)

Our AKUT Foundation Seminar Unit volunteers gave a “Basic Disaster Awareness Seminar” to Darussafaka Schools students. 1,400 students and 20 teachers attended the seminar held at TİM Maslak Show Center.

EDİRNE YILDIRIM BEYAZIT ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOL SEMINAR (2020)

Our AKUT Foundation Seminar Unit volunteers gave a “Basic Disaster Awareness Seminar” to Edirne Yıldırım Beyazıt Anatolian High School students. 340 students and 8 teachers participated in the seminar held in the conference hall of the school.

KALE and DOGANYOL DISTRICT SCHOOLS SEMINAR (2020)

Our AKUT Foundation Seminar Unit volunteers gave “Earthquake Seminars” in all schools in Kale and Doganyol districts, which were most affected by the earthquake, following the 6.7 magnitude earthquake in January 2020. With the education offered to all primary and secondary school students in the district, more than 2,000 childrenhave been reached.
